Soul Roots Collective is a non profit business I used AI specifically Chat GPT to create. Can i just praise its uses. All this fear around AI is not helpful. Go on tik tok and see all the cool things its done for people. Spiritually ive learned some really cool things.

I learned so much. How to start a non profit untill you have the $275 to register with the state. I have a lot of hope for this business and so much I've learned and can apply. I came to this huge realization from God really. That by working on our own healing and growth we can heal the world. It feels to me like a fragile time where individuals really has to assert their truth. If we all got together as a collective and really worked on connecting with our souls infinite wisdom and intelligence this world would be a better place.

Its really such a simple solution buried in our own dna.I went to trauma therapy to connect to my past and see how its still affecting me today. What I really found healing was the concept of an inner child and inner parent. For me, my inner child tries to run the show. Little Megan is just trying to be heard and connected with. Shes the pure part of me. She mostly just feels and has been scared a lot. Its kinda sad I pushed her down for so long.

She mostly wants to play and be acknowledged. When I connect with her energy shes happy. I pause and ask her. How are u feeling honey. Its more in my heart where she has her home. She tells me and I use my inner parent to tell her shes ok and we will protect her from more pain. I use visualations to give her a hug. Then she can play again.

So tell me what is ur inner baby girl or boy telling you today. How do u parent her. What do u say? How do u best connect? As a collective we heal. Ive learned I can't do anything alone. My greatest healing comes from my experience with 12 step programs AA, NA, Coda(codependents Anonymous), ACA (adult children of alcoholics), and my church singles group. If ur not in a church thats ok. But a lot of men and women with a lot of spiritual knowledge go there. Its worth a shot. My favorite is people that speak in tounges. Those are the real party people if u ask me😂

Also Disney folk. Talk about the sweetest humans. I got a Disney pass this year with help from the most generous family this year. I also met and moved in with one in January.
